About The Position

This role involves providing friendly and courteous service to customers, stocking, rotating, and straightening product, preparing produce by washing, trimming, and wrapping, and ensuring product quality meets company standards. The position also requires adherence to company safety and sanitation procedures, and other duties as assigned by store management. Training will be provided at the store level.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to apply
• Regular, reliable attendance
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work on feet for entire shift (4-8 hours)
• Must be able to bend and stoop
• Must be able to work in a cold, damp environment

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred for Store/Facility Teammates
• Minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred for Store Support Center Teammates
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline)
• Manager approval based on performance if invited for an interview

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers

• Remove any product not meeting company quality standards
• Read and understand department signs
• Follow company safety and sanitation procedures
