About The Position

In the role of Production Service Scheduling Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Production Services department in brewery operations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules for Packaging or Brewing Operations to meet Supply Chain demand while optimizing overall brewery throughput. This position reports to the Manager, Wisconsin Material and works closely with the Packaging Operational Teams.

Requirements

• Possess a proven record of accomplishment of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment
• Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives
• You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy
• You are serious about delivering results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.
• You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you
• A minimum of two (2) year experience in production planning/scheduling

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or like field.
• APICS certification
• Experience with linear programming and data warehouse reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage the Material Planning and Scheduling process in support of the brewery production schedule and manufacturing process requirements.
• Analyze demand, mix, volume, and timing while adjusting for brewery process capabilities and constraints.
• Communicates and coordinates the production and execution plans in a leadership role across brewery functional teams.
