A successful candidate will operate within multiple shop floor controls and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) related systems to ensure alignment between material position and production requirements. This role will work closely with the factory operations team to ensure all factory and program execution goals are met. This is a 2nd shift role. This will be an onsite role in our Andover, MA facility.

Requirements

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Active and existing security clearance required after day 1
Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
Experience to include planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or other production driven environments.

Nice To Haves

Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
Experience in Material and Inventory Control-type systems such as Kanban, SMI, Continuous Flow Manufacturing
Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts
Experience with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)

Responsibilities

Provide production floor support including replacement part management, shop floor material staging, Work in Progress (WIP) movement through shared resource areas, completion of units in shop floor and MRP system, delivery to next step (inventory or shipment), and meeting MRP schedule.
Evaluate all program requirements and coordinate with operations to ensure a controlled flow of materials and services to meet customer needs.
Provide status for work in progress, material availability, and potential production hurdles to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed.
Work daily to confirm material supply and demand.
Maintain integrity of the shop floor, MRP, and inventory systems through key performance metrics.
Process piece part movement to support internal build requirements through subcontractors, internal shared resources, and other Raytheon Technologies facilities.
Support analysis of multiple and moderate complexity, Bills of Material in an MRP system; releasing work orders and tracking material though the assembly process
Provides support to material supply demand and prepares necessary work orders based on shop load and inventory requirements.
