As a Production Planning Coordinator, you will support the factory in Packing Supply Coordination or Interplant Deployment Coordination, providing daily and weekly support in the planning process for dry pet food & treats. You will communicate with vendors, carriers, or other factories, play a critical role in monitoring inventory control, ordering supplies, and coordinating with other departments.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
6 months of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, military or related environment

Responsibilities

Scan and release all interplant finish product orders based on planned production
Communicate hot list requirements with other departments
Review finished product of locally produced items and help distribute to achieve service goals
Communicate status of product orders with other departments, factories, and customers
Running reports, data entry, and clerical duties as assigned
Meets all quality and safety requirements when performing job duties
