About The Position

We are seeking a Procurement Services Manager to lead and evolve our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) capabilities across the business. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on process excellence, systems optimization, and service delivery across a complex, global environment. You will own the end-to-end P2P framework—from process design and governance to user experience and supplier enablement—while driving standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement at scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
  • Strong experience with SAP or similar ERP procurement systems
  • Proven track record in process improvement, transformation, or operational excellence
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed, global organization
  • Experience leading teams and/or influencing without authority
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, controls, and supplier management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • SAP certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process (request-to-order, order-to-receipt, invoice-to-pay)
  • Define and drive standardized processes, controls, and KPIs across regions and functions
  • Partner cross-functionally (Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Procurement) to align processes and priorities
  • Lead the P2P continuous improvement roadmap using data-driven insights
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve cycle time, compliance, and user experience
  • Drive simplification and standardization across procurement service delivery
  • Oversee supplier lifecycle management (onboarding, maintenance, offboarding)
  • Ensure strong master data integrity and governance to enable seamless transactions
  • Improve supplier experience and reduce transactional issues
  • Act as SME for P2P systems (SAP or equivalent)
  • Lead user enablement across 300+ users through training, onboarding, and communication
  • Drive adoption of tools and self-service capabilities
  • Own requisition-to-PO execution for indirect spend
  • Establish and optimize support processes, including issue management and root cause analysis
  • Define and track SLAs and KPIs to improve service levels
  • Lead cross-functional change initiatives impacting systems, policies, and processes
  • Drive adoption through structured change management and stakeholder engagement
  • Support system enhancements, releases, and testing activities
  • Lead and develop a small, high-performing team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
