The Sr. Associate, Strategic Sourcing and Category Management (Marketing) is a key member of a client-dedicated procurement service delivery team. This role focuses on assisting with Marketing category planning, strategy development, benchmarking, market intelligence gathering, stakeholder management, and project pipeline development. The individual will lead the client's strategic sourcing execution process, including cost modeling, RFI/RFP development and launch, bid evaluation, negotiation strategy planning and execution, and award recommendations. Additionally, the role involves drafting and negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships to drive year-over-year savings while meeting quality and service level requirements. This position requires frequent interaction with senior client members, necessitating excellent communication skills and comfort in leading discussions across different levels and cultures. Fostering a positive work environment and cross-functional/cross-regional collaboration is also a key aspect of this role.
