The Manager, Procurement Shared Services leads the U.S. Operational Purchasing organization and serves as the primary steward of procurement process excellence, compliance, and service delivery across all operational procurement activities. This role oversees a multi-disciplinary team responsible for procurement administration, vendor onboarding, master data management, catalog and contract maintenance, end-user support, training, analytics, and reporting. The position ensures that all activities align with corporate procurement policies, global standards, and the strategic objectives of the Global Procurement function. The leader in this role drives the implementation of the global Target Operating Model within the U.S. organization, partnering closely with the Global Procurement Center of Excellence, Global Business Services, and local country procurement leads. This includes participating in fit-gap assessments, coordinating training and change-management efforts, supporting hyper-care and stabilization phases, and ensuring delivery of operational KPIs throughout the transition.
