Procurement Project Manager

Integra•Houston, TX

About The Position

The Procurement Project Manager leads procurement execution for assigned projects from requirements definition through supplier execution, delivery, and project closeout. Serving as the primary procurement interface to Project Management, the role translates project schedules and requirements into an integrated procurement plan, coordinates Project Buyers and suppliers, tracks material and equipment readiness, identifies risks, and drives recovery actions when supplier performance threatens project requirements. The role manages the project's procurement workstream within a center-led model: category strategy, supplier selection, commercial terms, and supplier-risk decisions are governed strategically, while transactional execution is performed tactically. The position develops procurement plans and priorities, monitors long-lead and schedule-sensitive materials and equipment, and coordinates with Project Management, Engineering, Logistics, Warehousing, Quality, Finance, Scheduling, and Strategic Procurement/Category Management. It supports project cost visibility, maintains procurement records, and ensures purchasing activity follows approved suppliers, agreements, delegated authority, and Procurement policy.
