About The Position
Molex Aerospace & Defense Solutions (ADS) is seeking highly motivated students and recent graduates for its Early Career Program in Georgetown, Texas. The program provides hands-on experience and meaningful responsibility in an aerospace and defense manufacturing environment, with opportunities to develop professionally while working alongside experienced professionals. Interns support projects that create value for customers and the business, collaborate across functions, analyze information and present recommendations and project outcomes to business leaders. The posting describes the Early Career Program and does not provide procurement-specific duties.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated leadership through academic, work, volunteer, or extracurricular experiences.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

- Previous internship, co-op, project, research, or relevant work experience.
- Experience using analytical, technical, or engineering tools related to the candidate's area of study.
- Interest in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, technology, or product development.
