About The Position

The Procurement Intelligence Analyst uses reporting data and analytics to evaluate procurement activity, supplier performance, and operational outcomes. This role collects, analyzes, and interprets data to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. The Analyst delivers clear, actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making across procurement and supplier management functions.

Requirements

Strong ability to analyze data and identify trends, enabling informed decision-making
Familiarity with procurement software and data analytics tools, as well as advanced Excel skills for modeling and forecasting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insights and collaborate with stakeholders
Ability to diagnose issues and propose actionable solutions
Clear verbal and written communication skills to effectively conduct reporting and presentation of complex data to non-technical stakeholders
Comfort with AI-assisted analytics, forecasting tools, and automation platforms
A bachelor’s degree in fields such as business administration, supply chain management, or data analytics
5+ years in supply chain analysis, data analysis, or related roles
Active TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

Gathering, processing, and analyzing procurement data to provide insights that drive value optimization and cost savings
Monitoring market trends and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions and enhance supplier relationships
Identifying and mitigating risks associated with suppliers and procurement processes, ensuring compliance with regulations
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and operations, to align procurement strategies with broader business objectives
Creating reports and presentations that synthesize findings and support strategic decision-making within the organization
