Requirements

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy
  • Experience with MRP and Agile/PDM software tools
  • Demonstrated organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Review supplier performance and manage On-Time Delivery.
  • Work with supplier and Accounts Payable department to close supplier invoice issues and resolve open commitments.
  • Issuance of RMAs.
  • Supports the program office with timely execution of Repair and Return requisitions.
  • Utilize MRP system and Supplier Portal applications.
  • Attend meetings & conference calls to manage more complex quality/delivery issues.
  • Support buyers with their PO management.
  • Ability to obtain US government clearance.
