About The Position

The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a consistent workflow by distributing claims to Procurement Analysts. This role keeps track of current volume on an individual basis to ensure even distribution throughout the department. The Procurement Coordinator is a detail-oriented contributor performing Quality Control (QC) reviews for incoming and outgoing files. This is a remote position.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Detail oriented with the ability to catch errors
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast paced/production environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year office experience
  • Data Entry experience

Responsibilities

  • File distribution to all Procurement staff (initial distribution and redistribution as necessary)
  • QC/Review of incoming and outgoing files for accuracy before distribution to end users
  • Generate and send mail, e-mail, reports, and forms to inter-office personnel; may as needed send reports to clients, managers, and other CorVel offices
  • Document procedures and all client-specific protocols
  • Additional duties as assigned
