About The Position

Responsibilities but not limited to: Create Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO), and track the status of shipments until they are successfully received at the warehouse. Communicate with suppliers and warehouse staff to resolve issues regarding delivery delays, back-orders, and product returns. Analyze purchase and sales data to generate reports and assist in developing inventory replenishment strategies. Assist with completing new item registration forms and sales templates for seasonal and special projects. Monitor produce inventory in refrigerated storage to maintain freshness and operational efficiency. Conduct store or warehouse visits to perform quality assurance checks and monitor the sales status of produce. Perform general administrative tasks and document management for the Produce department.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or other related field preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, etc.)
  • Great communication and negotiation skill
  • Must be able to communicate/negotiate effectively with produce item suppliers
  • Constantly work in low temperatures conditions under 38 ℉
  • Occasionally move produce boxes weighing up to 50 pounds while checking the quantity and quality of items
  • Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machine and computer printer
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual in English and Korean language preferred
