The Procurement and Contract Specialist serves as a Procurement resource for assigned indirect procurement engagements and commercial contracting activities across multiple business functions. This position manages procurement activities from initial engagement through contract execution and implementation, working closely with business stakeholders, suppliers, Legal, Risk Management, Finance, and other cross-functional partners to help ensure timely and effective execution of business initiatives. The position independently manages routine and moderately complex indirect procurement engagements, including commercial negotiations, contract development, vendor onboarding, and cross-functional coordination while supporting multiple concurrent business initiatives and ensuring timely execution. Competitive sourcing activities are performed when appropriate to support business objectives.
