About The Position

Join in on pioneering procurement AI agents. Since 2019, Pactum has been at the forefront of transforming enterprise procurement with groundbreaking Agentic AI. We are not just automating a process; we are leading the industry in redefining how companies negotiate and manage supplier relationships. Our AI agents work around the clock, collaborating seamlessly with humans to discover negotiation opportunities and close supplier deals at scale. Trusted by over 50 of the world’s largest enterprises, including Walmart and Rolls-Royce, we deliver tangible value, drive agility, and unlock hidden potential. Ready to make an impact? Join our passionate, global team and be part of a bold mission: to bring trust, transparency, and automation to every supplier negotiation. As the first in our field, we address novel challenges with novel solutions. Our platform enables large enterprises to manage and monitor negotiations at scale, effectively saving money, boosting efficiency, and strengthening crucial supplier relationships. We’re built on a foundation of deep decision-making capabilities and cutting-edge innovation, which has allowed us to raise over $100 million in funding, including a Series C of $54 million in June 2025 led by Insight Partners. Our technology is proven, with notable achievements like a negotiation and signing carried out entirely by AI agents in just 87 seconds.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of procurement experience, ideally with significant practitioner experience as a Buyer, Strategic Sourcing Manager, Category Manager, in Procurement Operations, or Procurement Leadership
  • Firsthand understanding of how procurement organizations actually operate: the processes, competing priorities, stakeholder dynamics, and organizational resistance involved in changing how work gets done
  • Deep understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, category management, supplier relationship management, and procurement operations
  • A demonstrated ability to drive adoption and influence change across large, complex organizations, winning over both executives and daily users
  • Comfort analyzing complex data, spotting trends, and building data driven recommendations
  • A track record of running workshops and discovery sessions that surface real pain, not just checkbox requirements
  • Executive presence, equally comfortable in a QBR with a VP of Procurement and in a working session with a skeptical daily user
  • Strong organizational discipline to manage multiple accounts and priorities without dropping anything
  • Scrappy and quick, with real SaaS experience: you move fast in a high-growth environment and know what it takes to drive growth, adoption, and change management

Nice To Haves

  • Procurement consulting experience layered on top of practitioner experience
  • Familiarity with procurement technology platforms like SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or Jaggaer
  • Genuine, AI-forward curiosity about how autonomous agents can fundamentally change procurement, paired with the practical experience to know where and how that change can actually happen

  • Executive storytelling. Help executives see the journey ahead: where they are today, what's possible, and the path to get there, brought to life through their own data and priorities.
  • Product and GTM impact. Your feedback and observations from customers will directly shape how Pactum's product evolves and how we help companies embrace what's possible in Autonomous Procurement.
