About The Position
We're hiring professionals with 1-3 years of experience who are excited to apply their analytical and problem-solving skills in consulting. Whether you've spent your first few years in consulting or building experience in industry, we're looking for curious, driven people ready to solve complex operational challenges. We have upcoming cohort start dates in November, February, May, and August. This position involves analyzing complex operational and financial data, engaging with client teams to develop performance measurements and analytical tools, and coaching client teams to implement lasting solutions. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Analyze historic production, waste and/or financial data to understand performance issues and causes of lost time on the production line.
- Engage with client teams by preparing client presentations and developing performance measurements and other analytical tools.
- Implement solutions by training and coaching the client team on the new strategic approach.
- Work on-site to understand performance issues and causes of lost time on the production line.
- Analyze complex operational and financial data.
- Engage with client teams to develop performance measurements and analytical tools.
- Coach client teams to implement lasting solutions.
- Contribute to understanding performance issues and causes of lost time on the production line.
- Prepare client presentations.

- Work with all levels of a business from the shop floor to the boardroom on a daily basis.
- Own and manage your own initiatives and outcomes.
- Spend time on the front line with a welder, machine operator or technician to fully understand the problems that they face.
- Roll up your sleeves, run trials, and observe the problems first-hand.
- Set the direction in the boardroom.
- Tackle complex problems, implement change, and ensure improvement is seen on the financial bottom line.
