Overview The Procurement CoE Manager leads the Center of Excellence, ensuring consistent procurement standards, technology adoption, and enablement across the global organization. This role is critical to scaling the future‑state operating model and preventing fragmentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 4+ years of procurement or transformation experience
- Experience leading process, technology, or CoE functions
- Strong change management and communication skills
- Ability to operate cross‑functionally at scale
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Own global procurement policies, standards, and process design
- Manage procurement technology roadmap (Sirion, intake, S2P)
- Develop training materials, playbooks, and communications
- Drive continuous improvement and change management
- Monitor adoption and address local workarounds
