The Director will also serve as Procurement’s reporting expert, building, refining, and scaling well-established reporting capabilities so that Procurement data and reporting needs consistently originate from this team, are prioritized effectively, and are delivered with accurate, consistently branded, and executive-ready insights.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including delivering concise updates, handling Q&A, and driving alignment on recommendations
  • MBA with a similar concentration preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive enriched data refinement and enhanced analytics on $12B+ in addressable spend across 10+ data sources; synthesize large, complex datasets into clear summaries and actionable insights, including the commoditization of spend, creation of actionable profiles and dashboards, analysis of spending behaviors and demand, and development of KPI and trend analyses
  • Advance effective use of AI across Enterprise Procurement by identifying and prioritizing high-impact use cases and maintaining an enablement roadmap (data readiness, model/tool selection, integration requirements, and change management); lead pilots with clear success metrics and ensure responsible adoption through governance, controls, and training
  • Develop, package, and present analysis findings and recommendations to senior and executive leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive decisions
