About The Position
The Procurement Associate collaborates with Privia’s Operations Team, care centers, and vendors to support care center cost savings through discounted pricing for medical supplies, equipment, pharmaceuticals, and other goods and services. The role manages participation reports, discusses available savings opportunities with new Operations Team members and care centers, and holds recurring vendor calls to track contract linking and completion of cost savings analyses. The associate may also support Privia’s corporate procurement functions as needed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working with procurement.
- Familiarity with sourcing, contracting, and vendor management.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and in-person communication skills.
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
Responsibilities
