We are looking for an Associate Manager, Procurement to join our Indirect Procurement team, supporting North America. This role will focus on key categories including IT, HR, Travel, and Professional/Intellectual Services. You will play a critical role in executing procurement strategies, driving cost savings initiatives, and partnering with diverse stakeholders across the organization. This is an individual contributor role (no direct reports) with strong exposure to cross-functional teams and strategic suppliers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, or related field
  • +3 years of experience in Indirect Procurement
  • Experience in categories such as IT, Marketing, HR, or Services is highly preferred
  • Proven experience in: Sourcing and negotiations, Supplier management, Cost savings initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (reporting, analysis)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • High adaptability, able to work across diverse categories and stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of category strategies and translate them into actionable sourcing projects (RFQs, tenders, supplier initiatives)
  • Manage and optimize spend across assigned indirect procurement categories (IT, HR, Travel, Professional Services)
  • Drive sourcing activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across North America
  • Track and report savings performance vs. targets and support financial alignment with budgets/AOP
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to support procurement decisions
  • Contribute to risk mitigation, supplier performance management and compliance
  • Support sustainability and responsible sourcing initiatives
  • Work with procurement and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, procurement platforms such as Evalua)
