About The Position

Campus is seeking a Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing, vendor management, logistics, and analytics for student programs. It also owns Campus’s branded merchandise program and Shopify e-commerce store, including product mix, inventory, and fulfillment experience. The manager builds and owns procurement and supply-chain dashboards, defines metrics, develops data models, and provides Finance, IT, and Student Experience with a trusted view of costs, vendor and 3PL service levels, inventory, and fulfillment. The role also develops demand forecasts and cost models to inform purchasing decisions. It reports to the Director of Student Experience and partners closely with Finance and IT. The position is based in the Atlanta, Georgia, or New York, New York office. Mondays and Fridays are remote, and Tuesday through Thursday are in-office.

  • Consolidate data from 3PL systems, Shopify, finance and ERP tools, and vendor portals into a trusted reporting layer.
  • Build demand forecasts and total-cost-of-ownership, vendor-comparison, and scenario models tied to enrollment and cohort starts; measure forecast accuracy.
  • Present performance insights and recommendations to leadership in regular business reviews and work with vendors to turn recommendations into action.
  • Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business goals and cost targets, and track market and pricing trends.
