About The Position

At Celestar, a B&A Company, is looking for a Procurement Analyst in support of an important mission. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team while supporting SOUTHCOM.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field -OR- A minimum of 4 years of equivalent experience in contract administration.
Demonstrated experience in the DFARS and FAR processes for procurement, managing purchase orders, tracking procurement performance metrics, and ensuring budget alignment with operational requirements.
Experience with acquisition software, federal procurement databases, and financial tracking tools to support compliance with DoD acquisition regulations.
Experience in cost estimation, contract analysis, and procurement audits is required.

Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM)
DoD Financial Management Certification

Responsibilities

Track expenditures, manage procurement cycles, and ensure contract compliance with DoD acquisition policies.
Proficient in data analysis, cost forecasting, and procurement workflow optimization.
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills are required.
