About The Position

Celestar, a B&A Company, is looking for a Project Manager in support of an important mission. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team while supporting SOUTHCOM.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in project management, Information Systems, or a related field OR A minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in managing DoD projects.
• Active PMP certification.
• Demonstrated experience in managing project lifecycles, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition policies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, contract compliance, and performance reporting.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• DAWIA Level II in Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage specific Work Order execution, track schedules, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Proficient in Agile project management, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination.
• Drive deliverables within cost, schedule, and performance constraints using strong analytical and leadership skills.
