About The Position
ELS is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support enterprise-wide sourcing, supplier management, procurement operations, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a collaborative business partner with strong analytical skills who can manage supplier relationships, improve purchasing processes, and drive value across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or purchasing.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while building strong cross-functional relationships.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, contract lifecycle activities, and national supplier programs.
- Manage supplier performance, pricing reviews, rebates, and reporting to maximize value and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain procurement resources including supplier catalogs, purchasing portal content, guided buying tools, and employee communications.
- Partner with teams to support CAPEX purchasing, quote management, vendor onboarding, issue resolution, and preferred supplier compliance.
- Develop spend analysis, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting to identify savings opportunities and improve procurement performance.
- Identify process improvements and leverage AI-enabled tools and technology to enhance procurement efficiency.
- Support cross-functional initiatives, employee account administration, onboarding/offboarding, and procurement training programs.
