About The Position

The Procurement Analyst is responsible for managing the procurement of goods, services, and operations equipment, ensuring efficient and effective purchasing processes.

Requirements

ERP proficiency
5+ years of supply chain experience, which may include planning, purchasing, or a mix of both
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and customer-focused personality

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
Experience with Syteline ERP is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Utilize the ERP system to determine purchasing needs and maintain data quality for purchasing requirements.
Prepare all necessary documentation for each purchase order.
Communicate daily with suppliers and vendors regarding delivered purchase orders.
Coordinate invoice issues with vendors and accounting, and manage any delivery requirements with vendors.
Collaborate with engineering and project managers to ensure item qualifications.
Establish and maintain contracts with vendors, including meetings with sales and vendor representatives as needed.
Support inventory and supply chain needs through data analytics.
Identify bad inventory and assist in strategies for disposal, resale, or return to vendors.
Develop, maintain, and implement detailed inventory management best practices.
Perform additional duties as required by the Supply Chain Manager.
