About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a (Level 3) or Senior (Level 4) Procurement/Factory Integrator to join our 767 team in Everett, Washington. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing supply chain team, working inside the factory and integrating directly with operations. The position involves coordinating with Supplier Management and direct supplier engagement, with a direct impact on how supply chain supports the production system by mitigating risks, managing recoveries, and leading problem-solving and communication efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to build positive relationships across teams and suppliers. They will excel in negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making to support supply chain and production goals. Expertise in process management and measurement, deep knowledge of the production and procurement processes, and the ability to streamline workflows while monitoring performance metrics for continuous improvement are highly valued. This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or factory support environment
  • 4+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes.
  • 3+ years of experience in leading or managing cross-functional projects.
  • 3+ years of experience with data analysis.
  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to meet U.S. export control compliance requirements.

  • Level 4: 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or factory support environment.
  • 4+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • 4+ years of experience leading or managing projects, teams, and vendors in a factory/manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.
  • Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements.
  • Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators.
  • Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities.
  • Leads cross-functional process management activities.
  • Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action.
  • Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs.
