Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role
Demonstrates a proactive attitude, thrives in ambiguous situations, and proactively identifies process improvements while presenting actionable solutions
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and evaluating vendor proposals and agreements to ensure compliance with company standards
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of services
Reconcile and submit invoices by partnering with finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing
Assist in processing any accounting requests, ensuring alignment with financial policies
Handle vendor onboarding requests, including verifying credentials, negotiating terms, and ensuring seamless integration into the system
Work on improving the accuracy and maintaining vendor data in the internal project tracking systems to operational efficiency
