Veremark is a remote-first HR tech scale-up on a mission to help the world trust faster. They started with background and reference checking, pioneering an entirely new approach through Verepass – a blockchain solution which facilitates instant verification by enabling candidates to own, manage, and share their securely-held and verified career credentials. They have recently launched their second product – a Whistleblowing platform with end-to-end encryption enabling employees to report issues safely and anonymously. The Vendor & Procurement Manager will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Veremark’s third-party data provider relationships across all markets. This is a hands-on, commercially-minded role that sits at the intersection of operations, compliance, and commercial strategy. You will be responsible for selecting the right vendors, negotiating the best terms, ensuring they meet compliance and data protection standards, and holding them accountable to performance expectations. You will work closely with the Operations, Product, Technology, Compliance, and Commercial teams to ensure that the vendor ecosystem supports Veremark’s growth ambitions while maintaining the quality and integrity that clients expect.
