About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Procurement Agent (Supplier Operations and Performance) to join our 777 Supply Chain team in Everett, Washington. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing supply chain team, working inside the factory and integrating directly with operations. You will coordinate with Supplier Management and engage directly with suppliers. This position will have a direct impact on how the supply chain supports the production system by mitigating risks, managing recoveries, and taking the lead in problem-solving and communication. The ideal candidate for the 777 Program Supply Chain team will demonstrate strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to build positive relationships across teams and with suppliers. They will excel in negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making to support supply chain and production goals. The candidate should have expertise in process management and measurement, deep knowledge of production and procurement processes, and the ability to streamline workflows while monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in leading or managing cross-functional projects
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or factory support environment
  • 3+ years of experience with data analysis
  • 3+ years of experience with Supply Chain Processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Supply Chain Management Analysis or Materials Management Analysis
  • 5+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans
  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects, teams, and vendors in a factory/manufacturing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
  • Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators
  • Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities
  • Leads cross-functional process management activities
  • Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action
  • Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs
