About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking experienced Procurement Agents (Level 3 or 4) to join the Aircraft, Materials and Structures (AM&S) team located in Everett, WA. Position Responsibilities Ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements Develops procurement and supply chain solutions and contracting strategies for the Detailed Parts or Electrical Team in the Aircraft, Materials and Structures (AM&S) organization. Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies. Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions. Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements. Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management. Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
  • 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
  • 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
  • Must be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Proficient in presenting to leadership
  • Proficient with work transfers/cross loads
