About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced or Senior Procurement Agent to join our team in Seattle, WA or Mesa, AZ. This role involves continuous review and analysis of demand and supply, preparation and execution of proprietary information agreements, and supporting sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documenting of contracts and agreements. The agent will communicate performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance and place purchase orders to support customers.

Requirements

3+ years' experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
3+ years' experience drafting, negotiating, and executing purchase contracts and subcontracts
3+ years' experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions
Fluent in both verbal and written English

3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not required
3+ years' experience functioning in a cross-functional environment
3+ years' experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
3+ years' experience managing supplier relationships, strategic partnerships and supplier performance
3+ years' experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
