About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent Manager-Contracts to join our In-Service Supply Chain team. This role involves negotiating with suppliers and interfacing directly with airline customers to support contract enforcement of tri-party Product Support and Assurance Agreements (PSAAs). The team is responsible for negotiating PSAAs, M6 Manufacturer’s Warranty Agreements, spares pricing, and complex terms and conditions. They also execute binding contractual documents, collaborate cross-functionally with various Boeing departments, integrate operational and technical requirements with supply chain strategy, lead process improvement initiatives, interpret and facilitate contract dispute resolution, and develop risk mitigation strategies. Additionally, the role includes conducting formal training to airlines on their contractual rights with Boeing’s suppliers. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and coaching skills to empower their teams, foster a collaborative environment, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or Program Management
  • 3+ years of experience in preparing and presenting executive level briefings
  • 3+ years of experience demonstrating executive presence with exceptional written and oral communication skills; able to influence senior leaders, present complex technical/organizational matters clearly, and lead high-stakes discussions
  • At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally
  • Must be a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 (US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor and develop a team responsible for negotiating and enforcement of complex supplier agreements to ensure our production suppliers provide adequate aftermarket support to airline customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with suppliers, operators, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports.
  • Ensure that our supply chain is positioned to support aftermarket demands.
  • Support strategy definition and execution for our organization.
  • Collaborate respectfully with great communication and experience working across multi-disciplined teams.
  • Conduct formal training to airlines on their contractual rights with Boeing’s supplier.
  • Maintain effectiveness and adjust when experiencing changes in work task, processes, and/or requirements.
