About The Position

Berkeley College is a growing multi-campus institution with locations in New York and New Jersey, seeks a part-time Accuplacer test proctor at our New York City campus. Test Proctors administers exams on behalf of the college in electronic form. Must adhere to Accuplacer and administrative guidelines for security, fair and standardized testing practices, professionalism, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must have the ability to write detailed reports and correspondence
• Be computer knowledgeable, and be comfortable working on computers
• Able to handle multiple tasks at one time
• Ability to be self sufficient in interpreting documents such as safety rules
• Minimum one year customer service experience, such as education, retail, and/or administrative support, required
• Must be punctual
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Individual must not be a coach or instructor for any test preparation course
• Must be flexible

Nice To Haves

• Some college preferred
• Two years of customer service experience preferred
