About The Position

The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking a TESTING PROCTOR (Human Resources Technician Senior) responsible for administering pre-employment tests, and assessments to qualified applicants for the position of Correctional Officer for the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry (ADCRR), within the Recruitment Unit for Selection and Hiring (RUSH). This position is also responsible for facilitating written exams, reviewing background questionnaires, and psychological assessments to applicants.

  • Perform a variety of interrelated and/or non-standard Human Resources support assignment
  • Apply basic personnel rules, procedures and operations
  • Selected applicant passing a background investigation
  • Tuberculosis (TB) test during their New Employee Orientation and every year thereafter
  • Possess and retain a current, valid class-appropriate driver’s license, complete all required training, and successfully pass all necessary driver’s license record checks
  • Complete all required driver training
  • Maintain the statutorily required liability insurance
  • Successfully complete the Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify)
