Responsibilities
- Receives contract, opens file, and orders search.
- Receives search from underwriter.
- Clears title.
- Orders Lien Search.
- Once title is clear, assigns file to closer.
- Notifies closer with any issues on Title and/or lien Search.
- Communicates with Sellers any documents that are needed in order to clear title.
- Multi training with Closers and Warehouse Coordinator.
