About The Position

The Processor Trainee operates injection and blow molding machinery to support the production of plastic bottles. The role also involves completing periodic machine and product checks and working with Quality Control to help ensure products meet quality standards.

The position is located at 600 Vista Drive, Sparta, Tennessee 38583, and is listed for the 12-hour A shift. Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of machine operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle and operate machinery, tools, and equipment while performing job duties.
• Make machine adjustments using buttons, controls, and hand tools, with assistance as needed.
• Dislodge jams in machinery as needed.
• Inspect products and boxing for defects.
• Monitor machine controls to ensure proper processing.
• Work cohesively with Quality Control to ensure quality standards are met.
• Complete required paperwork for the department's quality system.
• Conduct periodic machine and product checks.
