We are looking for an Operations Processor for our PSA Autograph Partnerships Programs. The right candidate will take a leading role in growing the PSA Autograph Series in 2026 and beyond from within PSA Operations, maintaining reliable processes to support all upcoming series signings. You’ll report to the Director of Operations, while working closely on a daily basis with the PSA Autograph Partnerships team on a regular flow of projects. This is an hourly, on-site position, based in Southern California at our Santa Ana, CA, office.

  • Can work seamlessly with multiple teams within PSA’s Operations flow.
  • Effective problem solver with the ability to make decisions based on company policies/procedures.
  • Experienced in inventory management, order processing, and/or quality control.
  • Knowledge of the collectibles space and a willingness to always be learning more.
  • Versatile. This role will wear several hats, with a willingness to learn and grow potentially opening up more opportunities within an exciting and expanding business.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and cataloging incoming submissions for PSA Autograph Series signings and additional PSA Autograph partnered programs, with the ability to be hands-on with order processing at various steps within the PSA operational flow.
  • Works with Operational Supervisor and adjacent teams to resolve all incoming Problem Orders for Autograph Series signings ahead of each signing date.
  • Assist with performing routine audits and real-time inventory checks throughout signing campaign lifecycles to maintain organization, accuracy, and operational efficiency under tight deadlines.
  • Help develop and scale inventory tracking processes to identify process gaps or recurring issues and make recommendations to support the continued growth of the PSA Autograph Series program.
  • Assist the PSA Autograph Series team with preparations of all submitted items for premium execution on signing day.
  • Ability to assist on PSA Autograph Series signing days, ensuring quality flow.
  • Owns the post-signing process for Autograph Series and other partnered programs, ensuring smooth and efficient flow of inventory through the remaining steps within the PSA operations process.
  • Other operational duties across PSA Autograph partnered programs as needed.
