About The Position

Independent publishers face challenges at scale, including managing multiple accounts, navigating digital transformation, and aligning business strategy with tools and services. They require a strategic partner who can understand the big picture. This role provides one-to-one enterprise client support and designs one-to-many programming for the publisher network, focusing on strategic, proven methods to maintain independence. The Partnership Lead, Enterprise & Programs, is a full-time, relationship-focused position at the intersection of digital strategy, audience development, and business outcomes. This role directly supports Indiegraf's enterprise clients and designs programming for the broader publisher network, ensuring publishers have the right strategy, connections, and value from their relationship with Indiegraf. A key responsibility is building revenue-generating services and programs that drive results for publishers.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital strategy, account management, or consulting — ideally in media or publishing
  • Strong understanding of audience development and/or advertising strategy for digital publishers
  • A connector by nature — you know when to bring in expertise rather than going it alone, and you're trusted by the people you work with
  • Program management expertise, including trainings, managing timelines, creating deliverables and tracking results
  • Comfortable working with enterprise or multi-account clients who have complex, layered needs
  • Collaborative and comfortable across functions — this role touches product, services, customer support, and leadership
  • Relationship-oriented for the long haul; enterprise client work requires continuity and trust built over time
  • Love learning and sharing. We believe that constantly testing, gathering data and listening to feedback drives innovation. You are willing to learn and share with humility and are obsessed with seeking feedback to refine your work.
  • Are committed to equity and inclusion. Indiegraf is on a mission to change who owns media so that it better serves everyone. We want to work with people who are mindful of the power dynamics in everything they do and who contribute to an equitable work environment.
  • Are energized by growth. Creating new products and processes is your thing. Being part of a big, ambitious vision excites you. You're not afraid of change. You love taking chances and being accountable to goals.
  • Are always seeking ways to do things more efficiently. Indiegraf is scaling a network of independent news outlets that can succeed in markets where traditional news models fail because they are more efficient. Our team is obsessed with replicability, scalability and cost efficiency.
  • Value a healthy work culture. We are a mission-driven, female-led company shaking up legacy news media dynamics. We work hard and unplug most weekends and during vacations. You want to contribute to a great culture that makes our team love Mondays. We are collaborative, and strive to win together as a team.
