About The Position
This role is responsible for processing Title and Registration transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to production and quality standards. The Processing Specialist will handle various administrative tasks, customer interactions, and data management duties to support the team's overall objectives.
Requirements
- Be able to lift 20lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organized
- General accounting experience or working with numbers
- Computer experience – MS EXCEL, MS WORD, Outlook, SharePoint
- Excellent communication and interaction skills and telephone skills
- Dependable and punctual with flexibility in schedule to get work completed as necessary daily
- Be supportive in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong data entry experience
- Strong communication skills
- Clean Driving Record with ability to pass 10-year DMV background check
- Possess current AZ driver's license
- High School Diploma/GED
- Exceptional aptitude and flexibility towards serving and assisting others
- Skills in reading records and resolving complex issues with customer records or policy interpretation

- Title and Registration or MVD experience a plus!
Responsibilities
- Process Title and Registration transactions in line with production and quality standards daily
- Scan documents
- Verify Daily Title Reports
- Ship license plates daily and confirm plate inventory
- Answering general questions by telephone, email or in person
- Maintain records, filing systems and computer files
- Photocopy documents
- Perform quality control audits and checks
- Open, sort and enter data for daily orders
- Shipping and Receiving
- Assist walk-in customers and online submissions
