About The Position

This posting is for Emporia, Kansas. The qualified candidate will possess the following: Read blueprints, drawings and cut list CNC experience Must communicate effectively to all departments and employees of the company Must show a positive attitude in position Computer skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook programs The operator must have complete knowledge of the laser and be able to perform routine cutting and troubleshooting efficiently and effectively The operator reviews the work orders from the sales department to verify quantities, specifications, process capabilities, delivery schedule, packaging requirements and availability The operator must ensure that the final product is finished and packaged to company and customer expectations Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner at all times Must be able to exert 20-50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or 10-25lbs. of force frequently, and/or 10-20lbs. constantly to move objects. Requirements

• CNC experience
• Positive attitude
• Computer skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook programs

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Read blueprints, drawings and cut list

• Operate and troubleshoot laser cutting equipment efficiently and effectively
• Review work orders to verify quantities, specifications, process capabilities, delivery schedule, packaging requirements and availability
• Ensure the final product is finished and packaged to company and customer expectations
• Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner at all times

Benefits

• BASE $21.11/hr w/ Average Hourly Bonus $3.10
• Wage Progression: 2nd job: +$1.00 (Processing Specialist 1 → Processing Specialist 2)
• 3rd job: +$0.50
• 4th job: +$1.25 (Processing Specialist 2 → Processing Specialist 3)
• 5th job: +$0.50
• 6th job: +$0.50
• 7th job: +$1.50 (Processing Specialist 3 → Processing Specialist 4) & Qualified as a trainer
• All Processing Job Functions +$1.75 (Processing Specialist 4 → Processing Specialist 5)
