The Processing Operator is responsible for batching, blending, and testing to ensure product is within Kraft specifications. This role involves operating the batching system for raw ingredients and finished products, including Cleaning in Place (CIP). The operator will also check process water and filler baths for chlorine levels, obtain finished product samples, check chemical levels used in cleaning, calibrate scales and thermometers, swab fillers after cleaning, perform pipe swings for CIP, blend juices, put away incoming drums, change and sanitize port-a-tanks, and perform weekly sanitation PMs. Additionally, the role requires checking and documenting HACCP, performing sanitation duties, and using SAP for FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) inventory management. Accurate Connected Worker Data Entry, daily 5S, CIL, CL, and defect handling are also key responsibilities. The operator will engage in all department activities, demonstrate teamwork, and perform other assigned duties.
