Processing Operator - 2nd Shift

About The Position

Fleet is seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Processing Operator to produce high-quality liquid product batches and maintain sanitized, well-maintained batching equipment in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). The role processes and documents production batches, performs in-process testing, and supports compliant processing operations. The posted schedule is 2nd shift, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The work takes place in a clean, air-conditioned cGMP environment. Physical requirements include substantial walking, use of ladders, lifting up to 75 pounds, and handling or positioning quantities up to 450 pounds. Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

High school degree; Chemistry coursework or equivalent is preferred.
At least two years of related experience.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; the employer is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
Ability to perform substantial walking and use ladders.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and handle or position quantities up to 450 pounds.

Responsibilities

Process and document production batches in accordance with batch records, SOPs, and GMPs.
Perform in-process testing as required.
Maintain raw material inventory, location, and lot control physically and in computer systems.
Unload bulk materials as required.
Clean and sanitize equipment and workspaces in accordance with SOPs and GMPs.
Operate and maintain purified water, material handling, and processing systems safely and efficiently.
Provide technical guidance and training to personnel as required.
Perform other duties related to processing operations, documentation, and compliance as required.
