This role involves working with and setting up equipment while performing cooking and processing of vegetables. The ideal candidate must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently. The position requires performing activities as required by HACCP and SQF, following all safety procedures, setting up all equipment on the processing line, and performing all aspects of processing potatoes, cabbage, and other vegetables, including retort cooking.
