About The Position

Processing Kitchen Operators are responsible for the operation and running of batching computers, ensuring that all production goals are met and that proper order sequencing is followed. They are responsible for mixing and dumping raw materials into mixers, obtaining materials from the storage area, and measuring specified quantities of materials according to batch cards. This role also involves keeping work areas orderly and clean.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Must be detail oriented.
• Able to walk & stand during most all of a 10 hour shift
• Quality driven, Self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Dependable & punctual
• Able to lift 30 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Machine Operating Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate and run batching computers.
• Ensure production goals are met.
• Follow proper order sequencing.
• Mix and dump raw materials into mixers.
• Obtain materials from storage area using shovel, wheelbarrow, and transport to batching area.
• Measure specified quantities of materials according to batch cards using scales or measuring box.
• Dump material from sacks onto conveyor leading to mixer or empty bulk material from wheelbarrow into mixer.
• Keep work areas orderly and clean.
