About The Position
The Processing Kitchen Operator is responsible for operating and running batching computers to ensure efficient and quality production for the Greenville facility. This role involves ensuring that proper order sequencing is followed and that all production goals are met.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Must be detail oriented
- Able to walk & stand during most all of a 10 hour shift
- Quality driven, Self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Dependable & punctual
- Able to lift 30 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Machine Operating Experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Mixes and dumps raw materials into mixers by obtaining materials from the storage area using a shovel or wheelbarrow and transporting them to the batching area.
- Measures specified quantities of materials according to batch cards, using scales or a measuring box.
- Dumps material from sacks onto a conveyor leading to the mixer or empties bulk material from a wheelbarrow into the mixer.
- Keeps work areas orderly and clean.
