About The Position
The Processing Kitchen Operator is responsible for operating and running batching computers to ensure that all production goals are met and that proper order sequencing is followed. This role is crucial for keeping the Greenville facility operating and running batches of components to ensure efficient and quality production for operations and to help make OurRecipe@SauerBrands.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Must be detail oriented.
- Able to walk & stand during most all of a 10 hour shift
- Quality driven, Self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Dependable & punctual
- Able to lift 30 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Machine Operating Experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Mixes and dumps raw materials into mixers.
- Obtains materials from storage area, using shovel, wheelbarrow, and transports material to batching area.
- Measures specified quantities of materials according to batch cards, using scales or measuring box.
- Dumps material from sacks onto conveyor leading to mixer or empties bulk material from wheelbarrow into mixer.
