About The Position

The PED Scenario Developer develops intelligence databases and scenario stimuli to support AOC Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Division PED training and the integration of ISR capabilities into C2WSPTT scenarios. The role is based onsite at Hurlburt Field, Florida, requires an active TS/SCI clearance, and involves 10–20% travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of military operational and training experience, including at least 2 years of AOC experience.
• Minimum 4 years of AOC PED Team experience involving exercise planning and execution and AOC modeling and simulation.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with C2CORE AIR, FalconView, Intel Office, JTT, COLISEUM, IWS, GCCS-I3, C2WSPTT, and associated systems.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop ISRD/PED training databases and software stimuli for AOC MQT/CT.
• Develop PED Guidance and Tasking scenario products.
• Develop PED architecture supporting reconnaissance, surveillance, and targeting requirements.
• Develop ISR assessment products and scenario metrics.
• Integrate realistic PED activities into C2WSPTT training scenarios.
• Support exercise planning and scenario execution.
