About The Position

Join Kraft Heinz – Processing Equipment Cleaner. This role ensures the highest quality standards by dismantling, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembling processing equipment critical to our operations. This role calls for attention to detail, teamwork, and pride in craftsmanship.

Requirements

  • Must be able to use a respirator during enzyme mixing
  • Must be able to complete initial and annual respirator fit tests
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Expect to become 90% proficient in all areas within four months through team-driven training and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare wet mix and cream scales
  • Handle emulsifier carts and ingredient distribution
  • Assist with making wet mix and EMC/EMFC
  • Support Butterfat unloading
  • Safely use a respirator during enzyme mixing
  • Clean and reassemble product pumps, piping, screens, storage tanks, CIP systems
  • Manage chemical usage and sanitation paperwork accurately
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all cleaning/changeover procedures
  • Monitor liquid temperatures and sampling protocols
  • Verify alkali/acid solution strength weekly
  • Ensure GMP compliance and proper documentation
  • Inspect and verify seals on incoming liquid loads
  • Secure tanker loads with numbered seals per procedure
  • Operate and verify production equipment post-cleaning
  • Complete initial and annual respirator fit tests
  • Always prioritize safety around machinery and chemicals
