Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to bend, lift up to 100 lbs., etc.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP, GWINS and other computer skills a plus

Responsibilities

Perform metering and weighing of raw materials for a batch or continuous method.
Monitor all processes and inventory of product and raw materials by following written procedures and the Manufacturing Batch Record.
Monitor alarms and their control points, equipment failures, and differences in product appearance, taking required action.
Understand the product flow and function and operation of all equipment.
Perform raw material check weighing, check scanning, and consuming prior to use in processing.
Maintain accurate records of all materials weighed, staged, and used in a batch of product.
Perform product standardizing, Clean-In-Place, Clean-Out-Of-Place, and strong waste functions.
