About The Position

REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, with 17 plants across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. The company converts aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal, utilizing advanced technologies to process various scrap and dross, reducing landfill waste. Responsibilities

Learn our safety and quality procedures
Build a variety of skills related to processing, drying, shredding and operating equipment safely and efficiently
Work safely and help to maintain a safe work environment
Accurately recording weights of material going into and out of dryer and shredder
Complete other duties as assigned as required by the needs of the business
Maintains yard housekeeping standards
